APPOINTMENT POLICY:
- Additional guest (including kids)are NOT allowed on the day of your appointment.
- Wigs and Weaves must be dropped off 3-4days before your appointment with your name and number clearly written on the parcel.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure slot.
- Balance MUST be paid in cash on the day of the appointment.
- 10 mins late into your appointment can be accommodated, anything above this will lead to a cancellation. We do not accept extra cost for lateness, so please be early.
- Ensure your hair is properly washed, clean and dry before coming for your appointment (We do not offer this service).
- Unclean hair (including dandruffs)will result to a cancellation of appointment.
